As Project Manager, Kinsey Becker is committed to the success of new development projects within the company, providing civil expertise to ongoing projects, and a new strategic approach to permitting efforts in the City of Pittsburgh.
Kinsey joined Oxford in July of 2020 after relocating from Charlotte, North Carolina. In North Carolina she worked as a civil engineer and project manager in land development for 6 years. Kinsey is a registered Professional Engineer with experience designing multifamily and commercial/mixed-use developments in the southeast.
Previously, Kinsey was involved with Urban Land Institute in Charlotte and was a board member for their Women’s Leadership Initiative and the Young Leaders Group.
Kinsey is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she received a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering
