As Property Manager, Korbel provides property management services to a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in Pittsburgh’s South Hills market. She is responsible for all aspects of property management including property oversight, day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, maintaining expense controls, and maintenance supervision.
Korbel has 13 years’ property management experience. Prior to her current assignment, she provided facility and property management services to an extensive portfolio of properties for Riva Ridge Real Estate Services and Highwoods Properties including physical and financial operation of a 32-story, 615K sq. ft. commercial high rise building with onsite amenities including two restaurants, conference, and fitness facilities. Extensive involvement in capital projects totaling $100K-$5M.
She is a graduate of Western School of Health and Business with an Associates in Specialized Business, Paralegal.
