Korbel provides facility, property, and construction management oversight services for Oxford’s South Hills portfolio. She is responsible for all aspects of property management, including property oversight, day-to-day operations, and maintenance supervision. In addition, she oversees all property management functions for Caste Village, a 220,000-square-foot retail and office center.
Korbel has years property management experience. Prior to her current assignment, she provided facility and property management services to an extensive portfolio of properties for Riva Ridge Real Estate Services and Highwoods Properties including physical and financial operation of a 32-story, 615K sq. ft. commercial high rise building with onsite amenities including two restaurants, conference, and fitness facilities. Extensive involvement in capital projects totaling $100K-$5M.
She is a graduate of Western School of Health and Business with an Associates in Specialized Business, Paralegal.
