Korbel provides facilities, property, and construction management oversight for Oxford’s South Hills portfolio. She is responsible for all aspects of property management, including property oversight, day-to-day operations, and maintenance supervision. In addition, she oversees property management functions for Caste Village, a 220,000-square-foot retail and office center.
Korbel joined Oxford Development Company in 2023 and has since advanced through roles including Property Manager and Senior Property Manager before being promoted to Director of Property Management in 2025.
She brings extensive experience in commercial property management, building operations, and portfolio oversight. Prior to her current role, Korbel managed a diverse range of assets across office and retail sectors, including the physical and financial operations of a 32-story, 615,000-square-foot Class A commercial high-rise featuring onsite amenities such as restaurants, conference facilities, and fitness centers. She has also led and supported capital improvement projects ranging from $100K to $5M.
Before joining Oxford, Korbel held property management roles with Highwoods Properties and Riva Ridge Real Estate Services, where she developed extensive experience in commercial property operations, tenant services, budgeting, and vendor management. Her earlier career included progressive administrative and property management support roles in the Pittsburgh region, where she built a strong foundation in operations coordination, tenant support, and facilities administration.
She holds an Associate’s degree in Specialized Business, Paralegal, from the Western School of Health and Business Careers.
