Kyle is responsible for overseeing Oxford’s Health Project Management division, including the placement, scheduling, and leadership of Oxford’s Healthcare Project Managers. In this role, he directs the planning and management of construction projects for AHN and UPMC, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors, architects, and engineers.

His responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, budgeting, design coordination, construction management, occupancy, and closeout. Kyle works closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams to maintain schedules, oversee quality control, and ensure seamless coordination throughout each phase of development.

Prior to joining Oxford, Kyle served as an MEP Project Manager with The Walsh Group, where he worked on a $135 million hospital project in Morgantown, NC, and completed MEP bids for office buildings, hotels, laboratories, and hospitals ranging from $20 million to $400 million in value.

Earlier in his career, Kyle worked for Constellation Energy, an Exelon company, where he conducted energy audits and performed energy load and savings calculations for lighting, water, boiler, chiller, air handler, and steam systems.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
