As Director, Residential Property Management, Megan is responsible for the management and growth of Oxford’s residential community portfolio totaling over 900 multifamily and condominium units. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality resident experience through exceptional customer service.
Megan joined Oxford in 2018 as the Assistant General Manager of The Yards at 3 Crossings, a newly constructed, LEED-Gold certified 300-unit multifamily facility where she was instrumental in increasing and maintaining occupancy levels to over 95 percent. Her duties at The Yards included touring prospects and executing leases while also managing maintenance turns and concierge staff. Megan possesses excellent organizational skills including the ability to read and draft detailed financial and ownership reports.
Prior to joining Oxford, Megan provided property management services for five family-owned retail locations and four affordable housing properties.
Megan currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer to the Institute of Real Estate Management, Western PA Chapter, holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License, and is currently pursuing a LEED® Green Associate designation as well as a Certified Property Manager certification.
Megan is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
