Megan has developed the company’s Corporate Responsibility initiative that merges Sustainability, Wellness, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts to investigate current business practices at all levels and build better processes that will ultimately allow Oxford to expand business networks, create more innovative, sustainable and inclusive projects, and improve employee and tenant health, productivity and performance.

Megan has overseen the marketing efforts for multifamily, commercial office, and parking development projects including the company’s current $400 million mixed use development, 3 Crossings, which reconnects the Strip District neighborhood to the natural amenities of a revitalized riverfront and Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Trail network.

Megan served on the project team for the relocation of Oxford’s corporate headquarters, which provided the opportunity to change the company’s daily culture to focus on sustainability, collaboration, and the health and wellness of employees.

Megan received her BA in Broadcast Communications from Bethany College and is credentialed as a LEED® Green Associate through the USGBC.  She serves on the board of directors for Strip District Neighbors and is board secretary for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh.
