Melinda Schreib

As General Manager, Melinda is committed to maintaining the overall success of Helm on the Allegheny. She is responsible for creating and renewing lease agreements, addressing resident complaints, inspecting vacated units, contracting, and supervising maintenance repairs. Melinda also tours prospects, manages maintenance and concierge staff and helps residents find their dream home.

Melinda joined Oxford in 2021 and has 12 years of real estate management experience in the Pittsburgh region including property management with Philadelphia based Pennrose and as a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway.
