As a project manager, Mike Balistreri is responsible for supplying day-to-day oversight to projects including budget, schedule, hiring and coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, preparing bid documents, administering contracts, and managing the construction process.
Mike brings 10 years of construction management experience, specializing in healthcare but most recently, commercial tenant fit-outs and fueling station projects. He has completed over 100 commercial projects throughout his career, where he mastered the skills necessary to oversee and ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of a multitude of project types. He is an accomplished supervisor and manager of operations teams, skillful at spear heading project development. Mike continues to expand his construction portfolio as the owner’s representative for American Natural, leading the design, execution, and delivery for the client.
Mike graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Management. He is certified with OSHA 30 Hour and ICRA 8 Hour programs, is trained in First Aid/CPR, and is credentialed as a LEED® Green Associate through the USGBC.
