Renae King

As Risk Manager, Renae is responsible for the development and administration of Oxford’s risk management and loss prevention programs to include the procurement of insurance, development of compliance policies and procedures, and management of claims and claim-related litigation.

Renae joined the company in 1986 and held various positions in property management, including Assistant General Manager of One Oxford Centre, a one million square foot Class-A office high rise. In 1993, she moved up to the corporate position of Risk Manager.

Renae is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania and an active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
