Rob provides strategic oversight for development and construction initiatives, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals.

Since joining Oxford in 2007, Rob has successfully managed complex projects across multiple sectors, providing leadership in planning, entitlement, design coordination, construction oversight, cost control, and schedule management. His expertise in navigating regulatory approvals, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining project objectives has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous high-profile developments throughout the United States.

His experience spans hospitality, government, office, mixed-use, residential, and healthcare developments, where he consistently delivers value through proactive management, strategic planning, and effective problem-solving.

Rob brings extensive experience in project development, due diligence, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, bidding, and construction management. His background includes serving as Director of Permitting and Engineering for a national corporation, as well as managing a wide range of commercial and institutional development projects. His comprehensive understanding of the development and construction process allows him to effectively guide projects from concept through completion, making him a trusted advisor and advocate for owners and stakeholders.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
