As Corporate Controller, Scott is responsible for all the financial reporting of Oxford Development Company properties and operations as well as third-party financial reporting. He is also responsible for the coordination of the annual audit process and tax reporting functions, and manages the daily activity in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Accounting, and Cash Management departments.
Having joined the company in 2018, Scott brings prior experience from his employment at Riverview Financial Corporation in Harrisburg. There, he was responsible for FFIEC Call Reporting and assisted with the company’s SEC reporting obligations. He also played a role in supporting the bank through two bank acquisitions.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Gardner-Webb University’s Godbold School of Business.
