Shawn Fox serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Development Company, bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate development, investment banking, and capital markets. Throughout his career, Shawn has been responsible for the origination, capitalization, and execution of complex real estate projects totaling more than $1 billion in value.
Prior to returning to Oxford, Shawn founded Collier Capital LLC and previously served as Vice President of Oxford Development Company. He has led all phases of the development process, including project origination, predevelopment management, capital formation, and business plan execution in partnership with local and institutional investors.
Earlier in his career, Shawn served as Director of Real Estate for an investment banking firm, where he oversaw project underwriting, sourced and placed limited partner equity, and evaluated multifamily and hospitality development opportunities throughout the Southeast.
A respected industry leader and active community volunteer, Shawn serves on several boards and civic organizations. He is widely recognized for leading transformative real estate developments, building strong investment partnerships, and creating long-term value for investors and the communities Oxford serves.
