Steve serves as Project Manager, providing comprehensive project management services for Oxford’s development and capital construction projects. In this role, he oversees the successful execution of capitalized construction initiatives across Oxford’s office and residential portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
His responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, budgeting, design coordination, construction management, occupancy, and closeout. Steve works closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams to maintain schedules, oversee quality control, and ensure seamless coordination throughout each phase of development.
Since joining Oxford in November 2017, Steve has worked on a wide range of development and capital improvement projects, including significant healthcare projects as a third-party Owner’s Representative consultant for Allegheny Health Network. He brings more than 20 years of commercial construction experience and previously managed complex projects and provided Owner’s Representative services for both local and national development firms.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law from University of Pittsburgh.
