Todd is responsible for overseeing third-party project management consultant services within Oxford’s Development group. He has been with the company since 2019 and brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and facilities operations management.
Todd served as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for Allegheny Health Network’s new Wexford Hospital, which was completed in 2021. He currently serves as Facility Infrastructure Planning Manager for the Allegheny Health Network Construction and Real Estate Services team, where he is responsible for capital infrastructure planning, pre-construction services, facility condition assessments, and system-wide facilities optimization and standardization initiatives.
Prior to joining Oxford, Todd managed a diverse portfolio of new construction, fit-out, and renovation projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, research laboratories, higher education, commercial, retail, and multi-family housing.
Todd is a LEED® Accredited Professional with a focus on Building Design and Construction and is a member of ASHE and other industry organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
