Todd is responsible for overseeing third-party project management consulting services within Oxford’s Development group. Since joining Oxford in 2019, he has leveraged more than 20 years of experience in construction management, facilities operations, capital planning, and healthcare project delivery to support clients across a wide range of development initiatives.
Todd served as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for Allegheny Health Network’s new Wexford Hospital, a landmark healthcare facility completed in 2021. He currently serves as Facility Infrastructure Planning Manager for the Allegheny Health Network Construction and Real Estate Services team, where he is responsible for capital infrastructure planning, pre-construction services, facility condition assessments, and system-wide facilities optimization and standardization efforts.
Prior to joining Oxford, Todd managed a diverse portfolio of new construction, fit-out, and renovation projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, research laboratories, higher education, commercial, retail, and multi-family residential developments. His broad industry experience and collaborative approach enable him to effectively guide projects from planning through occupancy while maintaining focus on quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
Todd is a LEED® Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED® AP BD+C) and is an active member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) and other industry organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
