Tom is responsible for the overall management and operations of Trimont Condominiums. His responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of the physical plant, direct supervision of onsite personnel, oversight of property assets, and management of day-to-day operations. He is accountable for ensuring the property’s physical condition and financial performance remain aligned with approved budgets and long-term operational objectives.

Tom brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, facilities management, and property operations. He began his career with Oxford in 1999 in the Development Department, where he managed tenant improvement projects and large-scale construction initiatives. In 2004, he transitioned to Property Management and was assigned as General Manager of PNC Firstside Center, overseeing building operations and tenant services through 2006.

After gaining additional experience managing large construction projects outside the region, Tom returned to Oxford in 2014 and has continued to serve in leadership roles within the Property Management division.

Prior to his current role, Tom served as Facility Manager for the University of Pittsburgh Applied Research Center (UPARC), a 48-building, multi-tenant industrial campus situated on 82 acres. In this position, he directed all aspects of facility operations, including management of maintenance, boiler operations, security, custodial services, administration, financial reporting, and coordination with third-party contractors and service providers.

Tom’s extensive background in construction, facilities management, and property operations provides the expertise necessary to successfully lead the ongoing management and continued success of Trimont Condominiums.

Tom is a graduate of Saint Vincent College.
