As Senior Financial Analyst, Tyler is responsible for financial modeling and underwriting for Oxford’s real estate development and investment activities, supporting decisions from initial deal screening through stabilization. His experience includes acquisition and development underwriting, pre-development budgeting, partnership waterfall structuring, and asset management across office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use asset classes. He also contributes to portfolio-level reporting and investor communications.
Tyler joined Oxford in 2026 and brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience across brokerage, transaction management, and capital markets analysis. Prior to joining Oxford, he served as a Senior Analyst at Despard Analytics, where he provided financial modeling and underwriting services to a diverse client base, including family offices, independent sponsors, institutional developers, and national brokerage firms.
Earlier in his career, Tyler held analyst and transaction management roles with both national firms and boutique organizations, managing multimillion-square-foot portfolios for Fortune 500 clients across office, industrial, and warehouse assets. He also co-founded a regional transaction analytics group, developing scalable financial modeling and analytical support for brokerage teams across multiple markets.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in International Business, from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He is ARGUS Enterprise certified.
