Oxford is proud to have been recognized as the Largest Pittsburgh Area Commercial Property Manager by the Pittsburgh Business Times. Oxford currently manages over 12 million square feet of property in the Pittsburgh region.
Despite the challenges of 2020, Oxford’s property management division continued to expand its property portfolio and client base. “As a result of the pandemic both building owners and tenants have an increased focus on maintenance, air management, cleaning, and building sanitation” stated Joe Piccini, Oxford’s vice president of Property Management, adding “I believe the pandemic has led building owners to seek out experienced, full-service management teams with a reputation for hands-on service delivery.
“I could not be prouder of the commitment and dedication of our property management team, throughout the pandemic they showed up every day and made a difference for our clients, the tenants, and our community”, said CEO Steve Guy.
“I would be remiss if I did not note that we function as a true full-service team, with each department supporting one another, that is a large part of the secret of our success.”
Oxford currently manages space across all asset classes and facility sizes ranging from commercial office, warehouse, mixed-use facilities, parking, and multifamily rental and condominium homes across the city. Additionally, Oxford provides mobile maintenance and engineering services for a variety of clients in the Pittsburgh region.
“I’d like to thank all of our clients and vendors, new and longstanding, who have helped us achieve this recognition. Our deep-rooted partnerships in the Pittsburgh region are key to our ongoing success,” said Joe Piccini.
