The Yards at 3 Crossings is the City’s freshest Riverfront dwelling with all the amenities you are looking for and then some. The Yards at 3 Crossings is a new 300-unit apartment community that welcomes pets and invites residents to recharge in the coolest backyard in the City, an acre of green space along the Allegheny River, complete with swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, game areas, and access to the riverfront trail network and the planned Strip District Riverfront Park.

The Yards provides studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom urban style apartments ranging from 474 square feet up to 1,198 square feet. Interior features include 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, stone countertops, and engineered wood flooring. All units feature views of the city, river, and/or Strip District with balconies or Juliette balconies available, unit depending.

Roof tops at The Yards are landscaped to mitigate heat island effect. Additionally, one of the largest solar panel constructs in Pittsburgh lines the roofs of the apartment wings.
