If you have been to The Stacks recently, you may have noticed some big changes. 2875 Railroad Street, part of which will be the future home of Smith and Nephew, has had its steel raised and walls are beginning to be framed!

This exciting new component of 3 Crossings will take a former warehouse where the structural frame is maintained with three warehouse bays being transformed into two separate buildings with a large public plaza in the middle.

Along with office, there are also plans for retail/restaurant space on the first floor.
