EMCOR Services Scalise Industries, HYATT house, Oxford Development Co., Rycon Construction Join Forces
PITTSBURGH, PA, October 24, 2012 – EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure, and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses, proudly announces that today 140+ employees of its EMCOR Services Scalise Industries subsidiary and those of its clients HYATT house, Oxford Development Company, and Rycon Construction donned EMCOR Pink Hard Hats and assembled into the shape of a giant pink ribbon, the international symbol of breast cancer awareness, in a “Call to Action” in support of Breast Cancer screening and awareness as part of EMCOR’s “Protect Yourself. Get Screened Today.” Campaign. The event was held at the HYATT house Pittsburgh South Side construction site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Official EMCOR Pink Hard Hats were presented to Mike Rhoten, General Manager, HYATT house, Pittsburgh South Side, as well as to Grant Mason, Vice President, Community Relations, Oxford Development Company, Kyra Straussman, Director of Real Estate, City of Pittsburgh’s Urban Redevelopment Authority, and Violet Soffer, Owner, Soffer Organization, by Mark Scalise, President and CEO, EMCOR Services Scalise Industries, as part of a special ceremony.
Also as part of this ceremony, all Scalise, HYATT, Rycon, and Oxford employees removed their regular hard hats and replaced them with EMCOR Pink Hard Hats in a “Call to Action” for millions of women and men to “Protect Yourself. Get Screened Today.”

HYATT house Pittsburgh South Side is a six-story 136-unit extended stay hotel. Completion is anticipated for April 2013.
