As a Project Engineer, Andrew’s responsibilities are project execution focused on renovation, capital projects, tenant improvements, and coordinating with Contractors, Architects, and Engineer’s for Oxford’s Owner’s Representative Services.
Andrew joined the company in October 2021 and held the position of Property Manager for both residential and commercial properties. In this position, he worked closely with clients and tenants on a day-to-day basis for various matters of maintaining the portfolio. Prior to joining Oxford, Andrew worked for Howard Hanna and was a member of the Realtor’s Association and MLS of Western PA member. In this position, he was responsible for navigating buyers and sellers through the sale or purchase of their home or business.
Andrew is a current member of the Pittsburgh Young Professionals and JFED of Pittsburgh, and is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
