As Marketing Manager, Lacy manages marketing efforts of the Marketing and Strategic Initiatives team, which at a high level includes PR, social media, trade shows, internal events, content development, and proposals for new business. She is responsible for the planning and managing of Oxford’s events including groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, tenant appreciation, and community gatherings. Lacy also supports the Vice President of Property Management with administrative and reporting tasks. She is on the Oxford Wellness Committee which is committed to spreading health and wellness opportunities to the employees through a monthly newsletter, community events, and corporate health initiatives.
Lacy has been instrumental in the event planning and programming of The Stacks Plaza and Hopper Park, two newly developed event venues at Oxford’s $600 million 3 Crossings development, most recently welcoming the Monster Pumpkins Festival, a two-day family fall festival.
Lacy served on the project team for the relocation of Oxford’s corporate headquarters, which provided the opportunity to change the company’s daily culture to focus on sustainability, collaboration, and the health and wellness of employees.
She joined Oxford in 2013 as administrative support to the accounting department. In this position, she was responsible for financial reporting, office management and support to the corporate controller.
Lacy is a graduate of Kaplan University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She serves on the advisory board and marketing committee for Strip District Neighbors.
