Nathan Tovornik, LEED® Green Associate
Senior Marketing Manager

As Senior Marketing Manager, Nathan Tovornik is responsible for digital components of Oxford’s marketing strategy including social media planning, content development, website management, marketing analytics, SEO, and digital advertising strategy. He has managed PPC, SEO, and social marketing for The Yards at 3 Crossings and Coda on Centre, two newly constructed, Class-A multifamily buildings owned and operated by Oxford

Nathan joined the company in 2018. Prior to joining Oxford, he oversaw digital and traditional advertising for a 3-location automobile dealership group, managing an annual advertising budget of over $1 million.

Nathan is a graduate of Daemen College with a BA in Business Administration with a Marketing Specialization. He has served on the Borough of Dormont Zoning Hearing Board since 2016 and is currently active on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee.  He is credentialed as a LEED® Green Associate through the USGBC.
