As Senior Marketing & ESG Manager, Nathan Tovornik is responsible for the digital components of Oxford’s marketing strategy including social media planning, content development, website management, marketing analytics, SEO, and digital advertising strategy. He has managed PPC, SEO, and social marketing for The Yards at 3 Crossings, Coda on Centre, and Helm on the Allegheny three newly constructed, Class-A multifamily buildings owned and operated by Oxford.
Nathan also works with the company-established sustainability committee to shape the overall sustainability program and proprieties for Oxford. Within that scope he works with department heads for sustainable education opportunities, supports the production of the annual corporate responsibility report, is developing the process for continual property portfolio benchmarking including energy and water use as well as greenhouse gas emissions, and works with department leadership to establish best practices in sustainable property management for owned and 3rd party managed properties. Externally he leads efforts on tenant engagement and education regarding sustainability practices and engages with Oxford’s participation in outside sustainability efforts such as the Pittsburgh 2030 District, Oxford’s Sustainable Pittsburgh Designation, and others.
Nathan is a graduate of Daemen College with a BA in Business Administration with a Marketing Specialization. He has served on the Borough of Dormont Zoning Hearing Board since 2016 and is active on the NAIOP Pittsburgh Marketing Committee. He is credentialed as a LEED® Green Associate through the USGBC.
