Patrick leads overall project management services for capital construction initiatives across the Allegheny Health Network. Since joining Oxford in October 2024, he has overseen major projects at AHN’s West Penn and Wexford Hospitals, guiding each assignment through the full project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and close-out.
He has successfully delivered a wide range of project types for AHN, including infrastructure upgrades, loading dock improvements, and inpatient and outpatient suite renovations. Patrick’s strong technical expertise and disciplined approach support efficient delivery, stakeholder alignment, and consistent quality across all assignments.
Before joining Oxford, Patrick served as a project manager for a large general contractor in Washington, D.C., where he managed federal government construction projects valued between $30 million and $80 million.
Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
