As Vice President of Development, Scott Pollock is responsible for overseeing Oxford’s development department which includes local and national projects involving retail, medical, fitness, hospitality, convention center, office, and industrial warehouse for both Oxford’s portfolio and those built and /or renovated for our clients.

Scott joined Oxford Development Company in 1988 and has worked on projects in excess of $3 billion and 7 million square feet.  These include the development and construction of local regional assets including UPMC’s Sports Performance Complex, the PPG Paints Arena, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, Hyatt House hotels, Three PNC Plaza and several government office, border patrol, and industrial facilities throughout the country.  Through Scott’s leadership, Oxford has specifically built over 8 million square feet of LEED certified projects.

His overall experience includes developing construction delivery methods, establishing baseline cost and schedule controls, and maintaining all cost, schedule, and scope management control systems. Additionally, he maintains Oxford Development Company’s relationships with labor, design, and construction professionals throughout the critical development process.

Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Fairmont State College.  He is a board member of the Hill House Economic Development Corporation and a member of the Master Builder’s Association.
