As Project Manager, Randy Hamilton is responsible for planning and managing construction projects, developing budgets, schedules, hiring and coordinating with Contractors, Architects, and Engineers for Oxford’s Owner’s Representation Services.
Randy has over 20 years’ experience in the general construction of large healthcare, laboratory, commercial, education, industrial projects as well as projects in the coal industry. He started his career with Oxford as a Project Engineer, completing work on Allegheny Health Network’s Health+Wellness Pavilion, UPMC’s East Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
Randy’s project management projects include the $44 million Carnegie Science Center expansion and renovation, CCAC’s $24 million, three-building renovation.
Randy obtained his Associate Architectural Engineering Tech Certificate from Penn State University and has completed OSHA’s 10 and 30 Hour Programs.
