As a project manager, Todd is responsible for third party project management consultant services within Oxford’s Development group.
Todd has been with the company for 2 years and has 16 years experience in the industry. In this position, he is responsible for Owner’s representation and construction management of Allegheny Health Network’s new Wexford Hospital project since starting with Oxford in early 2019. Prior to joining Oxford, Todd worked on a variety of new construction, fit-out and renovation projects ranging in cost and scope including healthcare, research laboratories, higher education, commercial, retail, and multi-family housing.
Todd is a LEED® accredited professional with focus on building design and construction. He is a a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University majoring in Architectural Engineering.
