Oxford Development Company has completed its renovations of the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh, a 179-room property near South Hills Village.
The company put the well-established hotel through a full modernization plan with a $4 million price tag, remodeling all of the hotel’s interiors, its grand ballroom and other meeting spaces along with all its guest rooms.
The hotel boasts a new look with “nature-inspired color schemes and decor” along with a heated outdoor pool and patio fire pit, among a range of amenities.
The hotel also had a new eatery called Gather Restaurant and Bar, featuring a variety of craft beers and “vintage-inspired” cocktails.
Located on Fort Couch Road, the hotel with all its upgrades is managed by Green Tree-based Prospera Hospitality.
