Oxford Development Co. is ready to open its latest building at 3 Crossings, its mixed-use development in the Strip District.
The company will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new corporate headquarters for the law firm Burns White on Tuesday morning, featuring Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto, Oxford CEO Steve Guy and David White, a member of Burns White LLC’s executive committee.
Oxford and Burns White announced in late 2015 that the law firm had committed to take the new 105,000-square-foot building at 3 Crossings, kicking off construction on the latest of four office buildings built between the Allegheny riverfront and Smallman Street past 25th Street.
With Burns White moving in, Oxford has one remaining office building at 3 Crossings yet to be leased and built.
