Coda On Centre

Coda On Centre is the newest apartment community that is in tune with the edgy beat of Pittsburgh’s east side.

Coda provides amenities beneficial to sustainable living and active lifestyles including a pet washroom, an in-house fitness center, co-working lounge, game room, communal kitchen, secure bicycle storage, and round-the-clock concierge service.

The five story complex is built above structured parking and centers around a private courtyard on the second level.  Open to the sky, this vest-pocket terrace contains several outdoor amenities including lounge seating, wide screen television, a gazebo, grills, and fire pits.

Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom urban style apartments range from 469 square feet up to 1,077 square feet. Interior features include in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, ample storage, and modern kitchens complete with dark wood cabinetry and granite countertops. Some units have terraces that open directly to the courtyard while others offer balconies with views of the urban neighborhood.

One of Coda’s unique amenities is its Musician-in-Residence program. Created in partnership with the Kelly Strayhorn Theater, the goal of this program is to activate Coda’s common areas and enliven resident events through live music.

Coda has selected pianist, Caleb Lombardi, as the second Musician-In-Residence. Originally from Ambler, PA, Caleb Lombardi is a graduate of the Community College of Allegheny County’s music program. Caleb presently directs The Attic Music Group, a group which liaises between venues and talent, along with promoting and encouraging local musicians. Mr. Lombardi is also one of the performers at Howl at the Moon, a popular dueling piano bar in Pittsburgh.
