AHN Wexford Hospital

AHN retained Oxford to provide owner's representative services for the construction of a $270 Million, 344,000 square foot, 5 level, 160-bed hospital in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

As the representative of AHN, Oxford oversaw the development process from concept to design, the approvals process, and the construction process to provide the facility on-time and on-budget to AHN.

AHN Wexford Hospital features eight operating and procedure rooms, one Philips cath lab, one Siemens hybrid operating room, and two c-section delivery rooms.

Of note is the hospital's certification of LEED for Healthcare which was achieved thanks to, amongst other items, green roofs and terraces, rainwater cistern, and the addition of a cutting edge Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant.
